Originally founded in 2014 as Adelaide Hills distillery, the South Australian producer rebranded in 2021 after its flagship 78° brand. It produces native grain whiskey, vodka, vermouth and gin. The name of the distillery comes from the distilling process where 78° is the boiling point of alcohol.

A a spirits distillery based in Sydney, Australia. It produces a variety of whiskies, gin and vodka. As of 2020, distilling operations were moved from the original distillery site in Rosebery (now its visitor centre and events space) to a new, larger facility in Banksmeadow.

An Australian rye whisky distillery located on the island of Tasmania. It was founded in 2010 by Peter Kempton after he built his own still and bottled its first whisky in 2013. Production uses both malted and unmalted rye, all grown by Bignell on his farm.

A small husband-and-wife distillery located in New South Wales, Australia. Established in 2009, it produces small batches of single malt whisky on its direct-fired copper pot stills.
