Tips for Sellers
Complete our seller form
To make sure we’re providing an individual service to each of our customers and keeping track of communication every step of the way, your first port of call should always be to submit our Seller Form. This ensures we have all the necessary information to find the best solutions for you and make selling your whisky at auction as effortless as possible.
Check our bottle deadlines
We accept bottles at all of our offices (location-based restrictions may apply). Once you know which office you’re selling from, be sure to check our bottle deadlines to avoid missing the next auction.
Request a bottle valuation
We provide free, no-obligation valuations for any bottles you’re considering selling in our auctions. If you’re unsure of your bottle's value, our experts can provide accurate estimates to help set your expectations before you decide to sell.
Protect your bottles
Whether we’re collecting your bottle, arranging a courier, or you’re delivering it to one of our offices, proper packaging is essential for safe transit. Separate bottles from their boxes, use plenty of protective materials like bubble wrap, and ensure all boxes are securely sealed.
