Verifying your identity

​In order to bid above £2,000 we require an identity check. This is to ensure the legitimacy of users so that bids are valid and fair. Once approved, you will be able to bid over £2,000 on any lot across our auctions.

You can submit your documentation through you account area, once provided our Customer Service team will review and we’ll notify you of its approval status.

In some circumstances, we may require further information to complete approval and this may take up to 48 hours to process.  Please bear this in mind and submit your documentation as early as possible as we cannot guarantee it will be processed in time to bid if submitted less than 48 hours before an auction is advertised to close.  

Should circumstances arise as per our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to revoke approval, or, alternatively, approve after further review should an individual not be approved.
