Arbikie
Arbikie is a multi-specialism distillery producing a range of whiskies, vodka and gin. Located on the Arbikie Highland Estate, it is a single farm, field-to-bottle distillery where even the bottling and labelling is carried out on-site.
Housed in a renovated former cattle barn next to the fields where its grain is harvested, the distillery produces all three of its spirits on the same copper pot stills, with the vodka and gin distilled again in a 40-plate column.
The Arbikie brand was introduced in 2014 with the distillery's first product launch, a potato vodka titled Tattie Bogle. In the same year, the farm began planting rye crops with the intention of producing what would be Scotland's first rye whisky for 198 years when it was first bottled in 2018. In the intervening years, gin and other vodka products were also bottled.
In addition to distilling and bottling its Highland Rye single grain, the distillery has been laying down casks of single malt whisky since 2015.
