Alliance Global Group

The Alliance Global Group is a Philippines-based holding company for a collection of businesses across the real estate, hospitality, and food and beverage industries. It was founded by Andrew Lim Tan in 1993.

Its wine and spirits interests are managed through Emperdor Inc, also headquartered in the Philippines and the producers of the country's first brandy, which it launched in 1990. As of 2014 it has had a number of significant Scotch whisky holdings through its acquisitions of Whyte & Mackay.
