James B. Beam
The James B. Beam distillery is the flagship production facility for the world-famous Jim Beam brand. It was built in 1935, following the repeal of Prohibition, by James Beauregard Beam and is located in Clermont, Kentucky. It is today still owned by Beam Suntory, the US-based division of Suntory Holdings in Japan.
Along with the Booker Noe distillery, James B. Beam contributes to a number of different whiskey brands in addition to Jim Beam. These include Knob Creek, Basil Hayden, Baker's and the historic Old Crow, Old Grand-dad and Old Overholt labels.
