Buffalo Trace White Dog Wheated Mash

Also referred to as "Moonshine," White Dog is the name given to unaged American whiskies and this range from Buffalo Trace showcases the new spirit from each of its mashbills. This is their wheated mash which when aged goes on to become the products of the distillery's historic Weller brand, with the best barrels reserved for Pappy Van Winkle (the namesake of which championed the recipe back in the 1930s at Stitzel-Weller distillery).
