Berghoff is a Kentucky straight bourbon brand produced for the historic Chicago restaurant of the same name Some versions of it are also labelled Herman Berghoff after the German immigrant who founded it in 1898.
Introduced in the 1970s, the early versions of the product were produced at the Stitzel-Weller distillery. Later versions also contain Stitzel-Weller bourbon but were bottled instead by Julian Van Winkle III's Commonwealth Distillery Company until he closed it down in the early 2000s.
