Aberlour
One of many Speyside distilleries in the Pernod Ricard portfolio and up until 2018 was part of just a select group of three from which they marketed single malts, alongside Glenlivet and Strathisla. The French multinational operate it through their Chivas Brothers Scotch whisky division.
The Octave
The Octave is one of the flagship single cask Scotch whisky brands from independent bottler, Duncan Taylor. Each release contains whisky that has experienced a secondary maturation period in a small octave cask, designed to increase wood contact with the spirit and expediate maturation.
Duncan Taylor
Established in 1936, Duncan Taylor is a historic Scotch whisky company. A cask broker and independent bottler, its brands include the Dimensions, The Octave and Rare Auld single casks, and the blended Scotch labels such as Black Bull and The Big Smoke.
