Aberfeldy 21 Year Old

A very tasty Aberfeldy first introduced in 2005 and given a lovely 'make-over' in 2014. 

The Aberfeldy distillery was established just three miles from the birth place of founder John Dewar and was built by the Dewar family. It is steeped in history and craftsmanship. 

Arran 2002 Private Cask 14 Year Old / Year of the Rooster

Isle of Arran Distillery is one of the few remaining independent distilleries in Scotland. The Distillery is in the village of Lochranza on the North-West tip of the Isle of Arran.

This is a Private Cask bottling for the Taiwanese market, titled Year of the Rooster. Distilled in 2002 and matured for 14 years in sherry cask #550.

Aberlour 1993 Anam na h-Alba

An independent bottling of Aberlour from the Anam na h-Alba range.

Distilled in January 1993 and bottled from a single bourbon barrel #816 in May 2015.

Ardbeg Perpetuum Bicentenary Release

Released in 2015 to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the legendary Islay distillery. This is the standard 47.4% release which was released during Feis Ile 2015.

Perpetuum is a blend of old and young whisky which has been matured in both Bourbon and Sherry casks.

Arran 1999 Icons of Arran 'The Eagle'

Drawn from a combination of 14 bourbon barrels and 7 sherry hogsheads, selected by Arran's Master Distiller James MacTaggart.

Only 6,000 bottles were released worldwide, the fourth in the Icon's of Arran series, chosen because of the pair of Golden Eagles nesting above Lochranza.

AnCnoc 22 Year Old

Arran 1997 Single Cask / Limburg Whisky Fair 15th Anniversary

A special single cask bottling of Arran, distilled in June 1997 and bottled at 18 years old in February 2016.

Sherry hogshead #913 was specially selected to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Limburg Whisky Fair, and the 21st anniversary of Isle of Arran Distillers.

Ancient Age Kentucky Straight Bourbon 1980s

Jim Murray is a fan of this brand, however this is apparently hard to find outside of Kentucky.

This was bottled in 1989 at what was then known as the George T. Stagg distillery in Frankfort. The Sazerac company purchased the distillery in 1992, and would later discontinue this brand, replacing it with Buffalo Trace bourbon, after which they also renamed the distillery in 1999.

D&C import for the Italian market.

Aberlour 1992 Whisky Broker 25 Year Old

This is a single cask Aberlour, independently bottled by the Whisky Broker.

Distilled in Speyside in October 1992, it spent 25 years maturing in sherry butt #3921.

This is the second release from this cask and is bottle 201 of 216.

A well-aged independent bottling of Allt-A-Bhainne, distilled in 1993. 

Matured in a bourbon cask and bottled in 2015 by The Whisky Agency as part of their Liquid Sun range. 

Arran 2004 Bere Barley Cask Strength​

With only 600 bottles for the UK Market, this was a fantastic release in collaboration with the Agronomy Institute of Orkney College (University of the Highlands and Islands).

Bere is Scotland's oldest cultivated barley and was commonly used until the 20th century for the production of whisky.   This whisky was matured for 10 years in American Oak barrels and bottled at cask strength.

Islay Mist Miniatures x 2

Two miniatures of Islay Mist bottled by D.Johnston & Co, famous for owning the Laphroaig distillery at the the time of some truly outstanding releases. 

We believe these bottles date from around the 1970's. 

Ardbeg An Oa

Released in September 2017 at Ardbeg Embassies and whisky specialists, the An Oa is the fourth addition to the distillery's Ultimate range.

The whisky itself is a marriage of Pedro Ximenez Sherry, Bourbon, and Charred Virgin Oak casks, which have been combined together in the distillery's bespoke Gathering Vat.

An independent bottling of Ardmore, distilled in 2000 and matured in a a refill barrel.

This is Ardmore's peated spirit, and was bottled in 2014 for The Whisky Agency on behalf of La Maison du Whisky in Paris.

Allt-A-Bhainne That Boutique-y Whisky Company Batch #1​

That Boutique-y Whisky Company was founded to bring forgotten drams from some of the worlds best distilleries back to the market.

The limited edition labels are hand-illustrated and designed with a nod towards whimsically, often incorporating whisky industry \"in-jokes\"

Allt-a-Bhainne sounds like House of Pain... River of Milk... this one is a little too cryptic to the casual observer.

A single malt whisky produced at an un-named Irish distillery in 2006.

Bottled from a single bourbon hogshead by Cadenhead's in 2018 at 12 years old. 

The cask was specially bottled for a Dutch and Belgian consortium; The Sinlge Malt Whiskt Shop in Zammel, Huis Windels, and The Clan Maccurve Whiskyclub in Betekom.

Irish Single Malt #2 14 Year Old That Boutique-y Whisky Company Batch #1

The second Irish whisk(e)y to be bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company.

The label depicts Aeneas Coffey, inventor of the Coffey still being told to \"jog on\" by his native Irishmen. Ireland was the only country not to adopt use of Coffey stills, being understandably quite attached to the traditional pot still method.

Ardbeg Corryvreckan

Ardbeg Corryvreckan is named after the famous whirlpool off the northern tip of Jura.

This expression joined the Ardbeg 10 year old and Uigeadail as an ongoing product, replacing the Airgh Nam Beist. This Ardbeg was matured in predominantly French oak casks and ex-bourbon American oak casks.
