Arran 2000 SMWS 17 Year Old 121.101​

A Scotch Malt Whisky Society bottling of Arran, known as 'Honey and vanilla roasted rhubarb'.

Distilled on 20th April 2000 and bottled 17 years later after having been aged in an ex-Bourbon hogshead.

One of 234 bottles.

Ardmore 1996 Bourbon and Islay Cask 20 Year Old​

A single vintage bottling of Ardmore. A marriage of 1st fill bourbon and ex-islay casks aged 20 years.

Given that Laphroaig supplied the quarter casks for the now discontinued Traditional, its a safe bet they contributed the casks for this too. 

Ardnamurchan Spirit 2017/AD Limited Release No.2

This is the second release of matured new make spirit from Adelphi's Ardnamurchan distillery, which is situated near Glenbeg on the far west of the Scottish mainland. 

New make spirit matured in 1st fill sherry casks (both Oloroso and PX). The first release was 2500 bottles, we assume that this is the same.

Each bottle has a scannable QR code which reveals complete details of the spirit from barley to bottle.

Ardbeg 1993 Douglas Laing 10 Year Old 20cl

Distilled in October 1993 and matured in Refill Hogshead #1262 before being bottled without colouring in June 2004

Auchentoshan 1989 Gordon MacPhail / Secret Stills No. 3.2​

Although not named Auchentoshan on the label, Gordon and MacPhails were always kind enough to give a clue with the Secret Stills Editions:

\"triple distilled at the foot of the Kilpatrick Hills over looking the River Clyde\"

One of only 400 bottles, bottled at cask strength.

Arran Easan Biorach 15 Year Old Limited Edition

This was an Arran produced for the Lochranza Hotel. Cask strength sherry finished nectar. 

VAT 69 1960s

Vat 69 was originally bottled in Port bottles, it maintained this iconic look for over 100 years.

We believe this bottle to be from the 1960's due to the lack of markings for volume measurements.

Independent bottler Adelphi have opened their own distillery. 

This is their first bottling of newish new make spirit. The distillery is in Glenbeg on the far west of the Scottish mainland. 

The new make has been matured in 1st fill sherry casks (both Oloroso and PX) but they have not said how long for. 

One of 2500 bottles. 

Aberlour A'Bunadh Batch #47

Aberlour A'Bunadh is produced in the tradition of 19th century single malts from an era when villagers would come to the distillery to collect their dram straight from the cask,often in apothecary bottles obtained from the village chemist. Indeed these bottles are the inspiration for the A'Bunadh bottle shape today.

Matured exclusively in Spanish Oak Oloroso Sherry butts, the rarest and most precious casks used for maturation and bottled at cask strength, A'Bunadh possesses an unrivalled aromatic intensity. A richer mouth fill and flavour complexity is achieved by bottling without the use of modern day chill filtering methods.

Aberlour A'Bunadh is bottled using only first fill Oloroso sherry butts, this is batch #47 released in 2014.

Allt-A-Bhainne 2000 Douglas Laing 15 Year Old​

Distilled in July 2000 and bottled in July 2015 from refill hogshead DL10824.

Auchentoshan 10 Year Old 1980s

An Auchentoshan matured for ten years and then bottled in the 1980's. 

Aberlour A'Bunadh Batch #53

Aberlour A'bunadh is bottled using only first fill Oloroso sherry butts, this is batch #53 released in 2015.

Arran Millennium Casks

A memorable mix of 10 sherry hogsheads and 35 bourbon barrels, the Arran Millennium casks were distilled and filled into these casks on the 31^st December 1999 and 1^st January 2000. 

A limited release of 7,800 bottles.

'Fruity, sweet delights' is an independently bottled Auchroisk distilled in 1997 and bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society after 18 years in a 2nd fill Sauternes hoghsead.

Ardmore That Boutique-y Whisky Company 10 Year Old Batch #1​

The first Ardmore released by Master of Malt's That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The label on this one depicts a cross-section of a whisky cask, to ensure you never come a cropper of a cooper in a whisky fact debate.

Ardbeg Corryvreckan is named after the famous whirlpool off the northern tip of Jura.

This is the official release of Corryvreckan following the Committee bottling.

This expression joined the Ardbeg 10 year old and Uigeadail as an ongoing product, replacing the Airgh Nam Beist. This Ardbeg was matured in predominantly French oak casks and ex-bourbon American oak casks.
