Liquors Hasagawa The Colors of Four Seasons

This is a single cask Akashi distilled in April 2015 and bottled July 2020 at cask strength. It was matured in a single hogshead for 3 years, then a further 2 years in a Yamanashi white wine cask.

This single malt was aged in a combination of bourbon sherry casks before being finished in red wine barriques from the Yamanashi winery.
