Powers
Powers is an Irish whiskey brand currently produced by Pernod Ricard via its Irish Distillers division. The brand originated in 1866 when it was first launched by-the-bottle by John Power & Son, who produced it at their John's Lane distillery. It was commonly referred to as Powers "Gold Label" at the time, on account of its striking gold livery.
Following a relaunch of the brand by Irish Distillers in 2020, the current core range comprises an Irish whiskey called Distiller's Cut and a non-age statement and 12-year-old single pot still called Three Swallow and John's Lane, respectively.
