A.H. Hirsch Reserve 1974 16 Year Old Straight Bourbon
This is one of several batches of the A.H. Hirsch Reserve to be bottled as a 16 year old, and is affectionately known as the "Gold Wax." The same label was used by Buffalo Trace for the 2003 release, although that time featured a gold foil seal.
Michter's (PA)
A historic bourbon distillery that has been defunct since 1989. Also known as Bomberger, the distillery has developed a cult status in American whiskey history as the source of the legendary A.H. Hirsch Reserve and its name lives on through the popular Michter's brand.
Commonwealth Distillery Co
A historically significant American whiskey company that is responsible for some of the most collectable bourbon brands, including Pappy Van Winkle, Very Olde St Nick and A.H. Hirsch. It was founded in 1983 by Julian Van Winkle III.
