The Islay Barley collection from Bruichladdich uses Chalice barley grown from a single farm on Islay, this was grown at Starchill Farm.  Harvested and distilled in 2008.  It was also matured in a Rivesaltes cask number 3821.

Released only at Bruichladdich distillery during Feis Ile 2011.

Distilled on 18th June 1998 and bottled 2011, this bourbon matured whisky is limited to only 2,500 bottles.

The second of the two Feis Ile releases during 2011, available only at the distillery.

The Bruichladdich Renaissance is spirit from the very first to run from the stills after the distillery's re-birth in 2001.

Bushmills 1608 400th Anniversary

A special edition bottling of Bushmills released in 2008 to commemorate the 400th anniversary of a licence being granted to distil aqua vitae in Antrim, originally granted in 1608.

Jim Murray gave this a stonking 94 points in his Whisky Bible.

Booker's 7 Year Old True Barrel

This bourbon is hard to find outside of the USA, which is surpirising considering everyone loves it. 

This is seven years old and bottled at cask strength. 

Braes Of Glenlivet 1997 Cadenhead's 18 Year Old

This Braes of Glenlivet (now know as Braeval) was distilled in 1997 and bottled 18 years later in 2015 at cask strength.

Distilled in June 1989 and bottled in August 2001 from a single bourbon cask #MM 2112.

One of the surviving Flora and Fauna, the Benrinnes 15 year old.

Distillerys Company Ltd (DCL/Diageo) created the range that would become commonly known as the Flora and Fauna series in the early 1990s.

This bottle has been signed by the Distillery manager. 

Balvenie Single Barrel 12 Year Old 

Balvenie Single Barrel 12 year old was introduced a couple of years ago, a single cask is bottled at time.

This bottle is one of no more than 300 drawn from a single cask.

Rankin was behind the first  Masters of Photography collaboration with Macallan.
