Murray McDavid
Murray McDavid is a Scottish independent bottling company, currently operating as a subsidiary of Aceo Ltd at its premises in the former Coleburn distillery in Longmorn. The company was established in 1996 by Mark Reynier, Simon Coughlin and Gordon Wright. The trio folded it into its Bruichladdich Distillery Company group in 2000, which sold it to Aceo in 2013.
The company's flagship single malt brands are its Mission Gold and Benchmark labels. It also releases blended Scotch whiskies and its portfolio of former brands includes the sought-after Jim McEwen's Celtic Heartlands and Mission series.
