A legendary release from Macallan, distilled in 1975 and bottled at the turn of the millenium.  

Matured exclusively in sherry wood for 25 years.

Macallan 1980 Gran Reserva 18 Year Old

The Gran Reserva Macallan’s were released between 1997 and 2002.

Distilled in 1980 and bottled in 1999, this 18 year old Macallan is widely regarded as one of the most memorable and legendary bottles ever.

Macallan 1940 Gordon and MacPhail / Pinerolo Import​

A fantastic example of war-time whisky, distilled at Macallan distillery in 1940.  

There is no shoulder label present, however based on the bottle type, this is likely the 37 year old.

The Macallan Exceptional Casks were bottled in 2017 exclusively for the United States and parts of Asia. This range takes it's name from a number of single cask bottlings Macallan released during the 1990s which are often described as some of 'the greatest Macallan of them all \".

Distilled on the 4th March 2002 and bottled over 15 years later after maturing in single European Oak Sherry Butt #2339 (Ref: 2017/ESB-2339/05)

Selected by Master Distiller Bob Dalgarno, this was the fifth cask to be reserved for the 2017 series on 2nd June of the same year.

One of only 286 bottles.

Macallan 2004 Exceptional Cask #11650-02 / US Import 75cl

The Macallan Exceptional Casks collection was bottled in 2017 exclusively for the United States and parts of Asia. This range takes it's name from a number of single cask bottlings Macallan released during the 1990s which are often described as some of 'the greatest Macallan of them all \".

Distilled on the 16th October 2004 and bottled over 12 years later after maturing in single European Oak Sherry Butt #11650 (Ref: 2017/ESB-11650/02).

Selected by Master Distiller Bob Dalgarno, this was the second cask to be reserved for the 2017 series on 2nd June of the same year.

One of only 298 bottles.

Macallan 1996 Easter Elchies 2013

The Easter Elchies single cask bottlings from Macallan are released annually exclusive to Macallan distillery. This was released over two days in November and December 2013 to incredibly high demand and a number of disappointed empty-handed customers.

Distilled in 1996 and matured until 2013, this 17 year old single sherry butt #26 yielded 390 bottles. 340 were sold at the distillery, the other 50 were presumably sold to staff.

Macallan 1997 Easter Elchies 2011

The Easter Elchies single cask bottlings from Macallan were released annually, exclusively at the Macallan distillery.  

This particular bottling was released over two days in November and December 2011 to incredibly high demand and a number of disappointed, empty-handed customers.

Distilled in 1997 and matured until 2011, this 14 year old single sherry butt #16946 yielded a total of 550 bottles.

Macallan 1989 Exceptional Cask #552 

This is the fifth release in the Exceptional cask range. 

Distilled in January 1989, matured in Oloroso sherry butt #552 and then bottled in November 2003.

One of only 612 bottles.

Macallan 21 Year Old Edition 1 / The Savoy Collection

Many decades ago, The Savoy created a range of spirits bottled exclusively for the hotel to be enjoyed by the most loyal guest and discerning imbibers of the time. 
These spirits were savoured in The Savoy's world famous bar and were often shipped abroad or bought home as the most special memento of their stay.

In 2013 The Savoy revived this tradition with the launch of a most prestigious collection of unique spirits, bottled and presented to reflect the outstanding quality that has been The Savoy's trademark for over 124 years. 

This rare example of the much sought-after 21 years-old Macallan has been exclusively bottled for The Savoy by whisky collector and 'Keeper of the Quaich' Sukhinder Singh, who released this liquid from his private reserve stock, limiting to a maximum quantity of 121 bottles.

This particular Macallan has been drawn from a refill hogshead.

Macallan Coronation

The latest in the Macallan royal bottlings, this release from June 2013 consists of two 35cl bottles with a box designed by David Holmes. One bottle depicts the queen from 1953, matured solely in American oak sherry seasoned casks, while the other matured in Spanish sherry seasoned casks.   Only 1,953 boxes were produced to convey the date of the coronation in 1953.

Only available on Macallan’s website or at the distillery this quickly became one of the fastest selling releases of 2013.
