Arran 1999 SMWS 15 Year Old 121.81

A Scotch Malt Whisky Society bottling of Arran, known as 'Intense, Lively and Delicious'.

Distilled on 2nd December 1999  and bottled 15 years later from a single refill ex-bourbon barrel. 

One of 286 bottles.

Arran Tokaji Aszu Wine Cask Finish

A limited edition Arran matured exclusively in Tokaji Aszu wine casks sourced directly from Hungary.

Auchentoshan 1989 Secret Stills No. 3.1 Lowland

Although not named Auchentoshan on the label, Gordon and MacPhails were always kind enough to give a clue with the Secret Stills Editions,

\"triple distilled at the foot of the Kilpatrick Hills over looking the River Clyde\"

Ardbeg Corryvreckan 

Ardbeg Corryvreckan is named after the famous whirlpool to the north of Islay. 

This is the official release of Corryvreckan following the Committee bottling.

This expression joined the Ardbeg 10 year old and Uigeadail as an ongoing product, replacing the Airgh Nam Beist.

This Ardbeg was matured in predominantly French oak casks and ex-bourbon American oak casks.

Auchentoshan 1984 First Cask 20 Year Old

We don't often see many bottlings from First Cask.

This Auchentoshan was distilled in 1984 and bottled 20 years later.

Matured in a single cask #257, this is bottle number 236.

Ardmore 1990 First Cask 19 Year Old

We don't often see many bottlings from First Cask.

This Ardmore was distilled in 1990 and bottled 19 years later.

Matured in a single bourbon barrel cask no. 30107, this is bottle number 5.

Against The Grain \"Eagle Eyed\" 1994 15 Year Old

An independant bottling from the legendary wine merchant, Oddbin's.  The Against the Grain series consisted of 9 bottles from distilleries they 'tried' to keep secret, we are unsure about this distillery though, suggestions?

Distilled on 22nd September 1994 and bottled on 10th March 2010 as 15 year old, matured exclusively in a refill Bourbon cask #10893.

Bottle number 21 of 430.

Ardmore 1981 Gordon and MacPhail

A 1995 bottling of Ardmore by Gordon and MacPhail distilled in 1981.

Amrut Raj Igala

Made from Punjabi malted barley, this single malt is matured in casks previously used for bourbon.

Raj Igala means the King of Eagles.

Auchentoshan 1999 Bordeaux Cask 11 Year Old

A World Whisky Award 2012 Winner, this Bordeaux cask Auchentoshan is exceptional.

Distilled in 1999 and matured in St Julien Chateau Lagrange Bordeaux casks for 11 years.

One of 6000 bottles.

Arran 12 Year Old Cask Strength Batch #4

Batch 4 of Arran's popular cask strength 12 year old.  

Released in September 2014 and limited to 15,000 bottles.

Normally 14 year old mystery Speyside whisky which hass been rumoured to have been all of the following...  Glenlivet, Mortlach and Balmenach. 

This is an unusual Ancestral as it clearly states that it is an Aultmore on the rear label. 

Ailsa Bay Single Malt

One of the first official single malt bottlings of Ailsa Bay, William Grants & Sons large relatively unheard of lowland distillery located at their Girvan grain distillery.

This has been peated to 21ppm. 

Aultmore 12 Year Old
