Bottled for the 27th Anniversary of the Kiyosato Field Ballet.

This blend from Ichiro Akuto of the Chichibu distillery was created from a single cask of 1990 Hanyu and a single cask of 1982 Kawasaki.

Rosebank 1981 Rare Malt 20 Year Old / 62.3%

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic collection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This Rosebank was distilled in 1981 and bottled in the May 2002 release, at another impressive ABV of 62.3%.

Rosebank 1990 21 Year Old 

Rosebank is a sorely missed lowland malt but occasionally Diageo has a Special Release. There were just 5,604 numbered bottles released worldwide. This was aged in refill American oak and refill European oak casks, a must have official bottle from this lost classic.

Invergordon 1972 Dornoch Castle 43 Year Old Single Cask #37​

A Single Cask independent bottling of Invergordon Grain Whisky distilled in 1972 by the guys who are starting the new Dornoch Distillery.

A very limited bottling of which only 218 bottles were released; 118 of these were sent to Japan the remaining 100 bottles were sold exclusively at the Dornoch Castle Hotel, of which we are told around 20 were consumed in the bar!

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

The distillery is situated close to Balmoral, the Queen’s official residence in Scotland which makes this Distillery a tourist must.

Distilled in 1973 and bottled in April 1997.

Islay Mist 8 Year Old 1970s

Islay Mist was originally created on Islay in 1922 to celebrate the 21st birthday of Lord Margadale, the theory was that the intensity of the Islay malts might be too much for all the guests to handle. So, at the time some Speyside whisky and a grain whisky were blended with some Islay malts to create Islay Mist.

Islay Mist has always been incredibly popular, we are excited to offer a great example of this blend from circa 1970's.
