R.W. Duthie & Co is a former subsidiary of William Cadenhead Ltd that was established to manage its premises and operations in Aberdeen after J&A Mitchell & Co acquired the company in 1972 and moved it to Campbeltown. The business handled much of the company's physical bottling and also worked with businesses like Samaroli in Italy and the Corti Brothers in the US to produce their own exclusive bottlings of single malt.
The company appears to have been dissolved in 1993 as William Cadenhead looked to focus their attentions on their own brands.
