This blend from Ichiro Akuto of the Chichibu distillery was created from a single cask of 1990 Hanyu and a single cask of 1982 Kawasaki.

Invergordon 1972 Dornoch Castle 43 Year Old Single Cask #37​

A Single Cask independent bottling of Invergordon Grain Whisky distilled in 1972 by the guys who are starting the new Dornoch Distillery.

A very limited bottling of which only 218 bottles were released; 118 of these were sent to Japan the remaining 100 bottles were sold exclusively at the Dornoch Castle Hotel, of which we are told around 20 were consumed in the bar!

Islay Mist 8 Year Old 1970s

Islay Mist was originally created on Islay in 1922 to celebrate the 21st birthday of Lord Margadale, the theory was that the intensity of the Islay malts might be too much for all the guests to handle. So, at the time some Speyside whisky and a grain whisky were blended with some Islay malts to create Islay Mist.

Islay Mist has always been incredibly popular, we are excited to offer a great example of this blend from circa 1970's.

This is technically one of the world's largest distilleries producing both malt and grain, also having its own cooperage and bottling plant.

Lightly peated and bottled to celebrate the turn of the Millennium in 2000.

Mothballed in 1998, Imperial distillery has been completely demolished and is becoming increasingly sought after. 

This independently bottled 17 year old was the result of a collaboration between Pen and Shinanoya, bottled under the Salon de Shimaji brand.

Fernet-Branca Digestif 1 Litre 1950s​

With a secret formula, passed down through the Branca family this digestive bitter liqueur contains 27 herbs from four continents. Including aloe from South Africa, rhubarb from China, gentian from France, galingale from India or Sri Lanka, chamomile from Italy or Argentina.

On top of that there are flowers, herbs, roots and plants used for alcoholic brews, extracts and teas that, blended in a special mixture. Fernet-Branca is then aged for at least one year in oak barrels.

Distilled in 1990 and bottled in September 2001 by Gordon and MacPhail from the director's private collection.

Mothballed in 1998, Imperial distillery has been completely demolished and is becoming increasingly sought after. 

This Imperial has been finished in sherry wood. Bottle number 391 of 1000.
