Taketsuru 35 Year Old Pure Malt

A very rare bottling of Taketsuru released in 2008, At 35 years this is the oldest Taketsuru and this blended malt contains casks from Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries, the oldest available stock from both distilleries.

It is extremely limited and only 1000 bottles were available only in Japan. 

The Last Drop 50 Year Old Blend

An amazong blend, not only because the whisky is 50 years old but because it contains over 82 whiskies originally many from now closed distilleries.The whiskies were married at birth, blended at birth - something rarely seen these days which means that for 50 years the flavours have been harmonising and interacting with each other.  Only three casks of the original blend remained (hence the last drop name), the majority of this was sold as a 12 year old years ago.

Bottled by hand and sealed with wax, the bottle of The Last Drop 50 Year Old nestles in a luxurious red leather case, along with a 50 ml miniature, so that owners can taste this magnificent liquid before deciding to open the bottle.

You will also find within the box, a 'secret drawer' containing a signed and numbered leather-bound book, certifying your bottle of The Last Drop 50 Year Old, and with room for your own tasting notes as you explore this extraordinary blend

Hibiki 30 Year Old

One of only 100, this beautifully presented 30 year old Hibiki is named after the Japanese porcelain Arita-yaki, also known as Imari ware.

Hanyu 2000 Ichiro's Malt 'Card' #7000 / Three of Spades​

One of the legendary highly sought after Ichiro's Card series from Hanyu.

Distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2007, matured initially in a Hogshead cask and finished in a New American Oak Hogshead.

Bottle number 137 of 354.

Hanyu 2000 Six of Spades Single Cask #1303

One of several of Ichiro's Malts released within the infamous 'Card Series'.  The Six of Spades was distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2011.

Matured in a hogshead before being moved into a sherry butt for final maturation.

The 54th and final bottling in Ichiro's Card Series.

There are two Joker's released to complete the 54 bottle series, one in colour and one in Black and White.  This particular bottling is the Colour Joker, a vatting of 14 casks covering vintages from 1985, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1991 and 2000.  The casks used for this final bottling include a sherry butt, puncheon, hogshead, Cognac, chibidaru, Madeira hogshead and bourbon.

Only 3,690 bottles of this highly anticipated whisky have been made available.

Highland Park 1968 Dragon

The Dragon independent bottlings of Highland Park are legendary, this vintage is from 1968.

The Dragon bottlings were produced by Robertson's of Kirkwall throughout the 1980s and 1990s.

Hanyu 2000 ‘The Game’ Cask #9805 Rum Finish

This is a bottle from a Japanese food and spirits importer called Shinanoya exclusively for the Japanese market.

This is the forth release in their acclaimed The Game series which contains Hanyu from the final year that the distillery was producing.

This was finished in a rum cask.

Tamdhu 1963 R.W. Duthie 26 Year Old 75cl / US Import

Although Tamdhu was recently closed and reopened for the third time, this Speyside whisky has a delicious flavour profile. 

This was distilled in 1963 and then bottled in 1989.

This Hanyu was matured in a chibidaru (Japanese Quarter cask)

This single cask was distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2013.

The Drunken Master Blended Malt Whisky Agency / Art Taiwan - Beijing Opera Facial Masks 2 x 70cl​

A joint bottling between the Art Taiwan and the Mash Tun Tokyo by The Whisky Agency.

This lot comprises of two full 70cl whiskies bottled by the Drunken Master. 

A 35 year old blended malt distilled in 1980 and bottled in 2015, alongside a 1992 Burnside bottled in 2015.

\"Burnside\" is Balvenie that has been \"teaspooned\" with Glenfiddich. This practice allowed brand protective Single malt producers to sell casks for blending purposes but ensure that they were not released as independent bottlings.

A very rare bottling of Taketsuru, originally introduced in 2012 this blended malt contains casks from Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries.

It is extremely limited and only 120 bottles were available throughout Europe, this bottle was released in Asia. 

Hanyu 2000 Isetan Single Cognac Cask #531

A special release for Isetan the Japanese shop. Distilled in 2000 and cognac finished. 

Highland Park 1973 Single Cask #11167

Highland Park bottled two single casks from October 1973, this is from cask #11167. Highland Park intentionally released two sister casks, as an experiment to llustrate the changes made in cask.  The casks were filled, matured for 28 years and emptied on 22nd February 2001 at the same time.

Cask #11167 only yielded 524 bottles.

Highland Park 1973 Dragon

A legendary highland park, distilled in 1973 and bottled by Robertsons of Kirkwall.

The 1973 Dragon rarely appears at auction, these Robertson's of Kirkwall bottlings are very highly regarded.

The Dragon from which this whisky takes its name comes from the 12th century carving in Maes Howe neolithic tomb, Orkney.

Bottled around 1990 at 75cl.

Tony Koerhl Series Creative Whisky Company 4 x 70cl

This collection is called  \"Sketch the soul\" Series by Tony Koehl. They were bottled by the Creative Whisky Company.

The range contains four bottles

• A 20 year old Caperdonich distilled on the 2nd of October 1992 and matured in cask 121137. One of 300 bottles.
• A 17 Year Old Imperial distilled on 22nd May 1995. One on 279 bottles,
• A 23 year old little mill Littlemill distilled in December 1990 and then matured in single cask number 36. One of 176 bottles.
• A 22 year old Glen Keith distilled in 1991 then bottled in 2013. Drawn from single cask number 73663,  which yielded 188 bottles.

Hibiki 21 Year Old Mount Fuji Limited Edition

To Commemorate Mount Fuji the highest peak in Japan getting added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 2013, Suntory released this special edition. 
The Hibiki whose bottle always has  24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar has been redecorated with a painting of a scenic view of Mount Fuji.

An epic looking Tomintoul, distilled on 31st January 1966 and bottled on 27th August 2001 from single cask #533.

Bottle number 104 of 128 presented in a hard wooden case.

Highland Park Thor 16 Year Old

The first in Highland Park's Valhalla series released in 2012 which also comprises of  the Loki and Freya released over the next two consecutive years.

This 16 year old Highland Park is a limited edition of 23,000 bottles.  

Teaninich 1957 Cadenhead's 22 Year Old

Distilled at Teaninich in May 1957 and bottled 22 years later in August 1979.

Highland Park Thor 16 Year Old

Highland Park 1977 Scottish Merchant's Single Cask #4258

Distilled in 1977 then matured in cask 4258, this cask was selected by the Scottish Field Merchants. 

Each year Scottish Field Magazine assemble a panel of experts from numerous whisky retailers, they then blind taste a range of whiskies and decide on a winner for bottling. 

In 2003 this Highland Park was selected. 

One of only 480 bottles.

Highland Park 1967

Bottled in 1991 this is a fantastic example of Highland Park distilled in the 1960s, presented in this attractive black box inlaid with a map of the Orkney isles.

Only 2,000 of the 1967 Highland Park were released.

Highland Park 1984 Ambassador Cask #1

The original Ambassador's Cask from Highland Park is incredibly hard to find, rarely appearing at auction.  

Distilled on the 26th January 1984, cask #43 was selected by Gerry Tosh, Highland Park's Global Ambassador before being bottled in 2005.  

Only 260 bottles were released of this 21 year old cask strength vintage Highland Park.

Highland Park 30 Year Old Spectator Edition

A collectible Highland Park 30 year old bottled for the 180th Anniversary of the 'Spectator' magazine.  

Only 180 bottles were produced and carry the signature of Andrew Neil, publisher of the magazine.

Please note the internal neck brace is missing. 

Tullibardine 1964 Cadenhead's 27 Year Old 75cl / US Import

A single cask Tullibardine, distilled in 1964 and bottled in March 1992.

Hillside / Glenesk 1971 Rare Malt 25 Year Old

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

Released within the Rare Malt Selection. Distilled in 1971 and bottled as a 25 year old at 62%. This is from the Glenesk distillery which was also known as Hillside, located in the north east Highlands the distillery closed in 1985 and then officially dismantled in 1997. Bottle number 2556. 

Johnnie Walker Honour

An extremely rare Johnnie Walker. This special edition blend was blended in \"honour\" of the achievements of John Walker, the founder of the World's leading Scotch whisky - Johnnie Walker.
