Cascade Hollow
Cascade Hollow is a distillery in the state of Tennessee that currently forms part of the American whiskey holdings of Diageo. It was originally built in 1958 by Schenley Industries as an alternative to the Jack Daniel distillery after the company was beaten to the acquisition of it by Brown-Foreman.
The distillery's flagship label is George Dickel, which it launched in 1964. Diageo also operate the site as a bottling operation and it is the home of the Orphan Barrel brand of collectable whiskies unearthed from its various warehouses.
