Booker Noe
Booker Noe distillery is the the second and largest of the three Kentucky distilleries owned by Suntory Global Spirits that are tasked with production of the Jim Beam brand. It was originally built in 1933 as Churchill Downs distillery before being acquired by James B. Beam Distilling Co in 1954. The company promoted Booker Noe to master distiller in 1960, and he worked there until his retirement in 1992. It has since been renamed in his honour.
The distillery primarily provides whiskey to the Jim Beam label, as well as brands such as Knob Creek, Baker's and Basil Hayden's. Of the Jim Beam portfolio, only the Booker's brand is exclusively produced at Booker Noe distillery.
