The current iteration of Loch Lomond Distillers was established in 2013 by the newly created Loch Lomond Group. It is the arm of the company responsible for its distilling and blending operations at the Loch Lomond and Glen Scotia distilleries.
The original company was founded in 1989 by then distillery owners, the Bulloch family, and remains part of their holdings having changed its name following the sale of their spirits interests to Loch Lomond Group in 2014.
