Loch Lomond Group

Loch Lomond Group was established in 2013 as a trading name for a collection of companies that owns that Loch Lomond and Glen Scotia distilleries, as well as a variety of other brands such as Littlemill single malt, Spearhead single grain, High Commissioner blended Scotch, Ben Lomond gin and Glen's vodka.

The group was originally headed-up by Loch Lomond Holdings, which was majority-owned by Exponent Private Equity. In 2019 the group was sold to Hillhouse Capital Management which, along with the group's former management as shareholders, incorporated LLG Topco Ltd as the new parent company. Today it is ultimately owned by the Chinese company, Jiangxiaobai Liquor Co.
