Copenhagan Fortuna Company A/S is a Danish holding company that was originally founded in 1984 as Grand Vin Invest A/S. It is owned by members of the dynastic Just Karberg family which founded the Hans Just group back in 1867.
The company has a number of Scotch whisky interests, procuring MacDuff International and its brands in 2011. It subsequently invested in what was then known as John Fergus & Co in 2014, becoming the majority-owner of the Inchdairnie distillery.
