Bloch Brothers

Bloch Brothers (Distillers) Ltd was a Scottish whisky company, founded in 1850 by Sir Maurice and Joseph Bloch and incorporated as a limited company in 1941. The business had subsidiary interests in the blender, Taylor & Ferguson, and also at one time owned the Scapa and Glen Scotia distilleries.

The company was acquired by Hiram Walker & Sons in 1954, eventually becoming part of the Pernod Ricard group in 2005. It was eventually surplus to requirements and dissolved in 2010.
