Ambassador was a brand of blended Scotch whisky that was primarily found exported to the US market in the mid-20th century. It was devised by Taylor & Ferguson and popularised in America with the help of its parent company Bloch Brothers (who also appear as named bottler on some examples). It was available in several markets up until the 1980s when it was discontinued.
The standard non-age statement blend was joined over the years by 12- and 25-year-old varieties called Ambassador Royal and Ambassador Twenty-Five.
