Collingwood
Collingwood is a brand of blended Canadian whisky. It was introduced in 2011 by the Brown-Foreman Corporation and was devised by one of their master distillers, Chris Morris of Woodford Reserve distillery. The brand is named after the town in Ontario where it is produced at the Canadian Mist distillery. As of 2020, both it and the brand have been part of the Canadian whisky holdings of the Sazerac Company.
The proprietary Collingwood expression is bottled from casks containing toasted maple wood staves, supported by the Double Barreled release from its The Town Collection.
