Dallas Dhu
A former malt distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland. Primarily tasked with providing fillings for blends, its single malt is something of a rarity and it was closed in the 1980s. It was run as a museum until 2024 until acquired by Aceo in 2024.
Rare Auld
Rare Auld is a brand of independently bottled single cask Scotch whiskies from Duncan Taylor. It was introduced in 2004 and has included both single malt and single grain whiskies over the years, focussing exclusively on the latter since 2019.
Duncan Taylor
Established in 1936, Duncan Taylor is a historic Scotch whisky company. A cask broker and independent bottler, its brands include the Dimensions, The Octave and Rare Auld single casks, and the blended Scotch labels such as Black Bull and The Big Smoke.
