Sea Cask is a 10-year-old Ailsa Bay single malt which has been bottled by owners, William Grant & Sons.
Ailsa Bay
A single malt distillery located within William Grant & Sons' Girvan grain complex. Built in 2007, it occupies the site of the company's former Ladyburn distillery and predominantly produces a Balvenie-like spirit for the provision of the Grant's blended Scotch brands.
Aerstone
A brand is single malt whisky produced by William Grant & Sons using spirit from its Ailsa Bay distillery. A versatile producer, it distils five different styles of single malt, two of which are showcased by this brand in the shape of its Land Cask and Sea Cask expressions.

A family-owned multinational drinks company founded by William Grant in 1887. The company's flagship brands are its Glenfiddich and Balvenie single malts, and it also owns the Kininvie, Girvan and Ailsa Bay distilleries in Scotland, Tullamore distillery in Ireland and Tuthiltown Spirits in the US.
