Aberlour
One of many Speyside distilleries in the Pernod Ricard portfolio and up until 2018 was part of just a select group of three from which they marketed single malts, alongside Glenlivet and Strathisla. The French multinational operate it through their Chivas Brothers Scotch whisky division.
Caledonian Selection
A brand of single cask Scotch whiskies that were marketed by the independent bottler, Liquid Gold Enterprises. Instantly recognisable, each release was bottled in an elegant pot still-shaped decanter with screen-printed labelling.
Liquid Gold Enterprises
A short-lived independent bottling company that was run by Kilchoman distillery founder, Anthony Wills. It was established in 1998 and operated until 2010, bottling single cask whiskies under the Caledonian Selection, Spirit of the Isles and Celtic Legends brand names.
