This Aberlour was distilled in December 1963 and aged for 23 years before being bottled in January 1984.

One of many Speyside distilleries in the Pernod Ricard portfolio and up until 2018 was part of just a select group of three from which they marketed single malts, alongside Glenlivet and Strathisla. The French multinational operate it through their Chivas Brothers Scotch whisky division.
William Cadenhead
The oldest independent bottling company in Scotland and one of the earliest and foremost advocates for the single malt category, launching its iconic "dumpy" bottlings in 1977. Its flagship brand is the Authentic Collection, supported by a prolific outturn of additional releases each month.
