Chateau de Laubade Intemporel N.5 Armagnac

The Laubade vineyards are in the top growth of the Bas Armagnac region.

Ugni Blanc, Baco, Colombard and Folle Blanche are grown using organic methods, then vinified and distilled at the château prior to maturation. The oak used is Gascony, harvested from local forests and dried in the open air for three years then assembled into barrels; the cooperage produces over 150 a year.

Chabot Armagnac VSOP Deluxe

Chabot Armagnac VSOP Deluxe constitute spirits aged in barrels made of black Gascon oak for at least 5 years.

An independant bottling of Clynelish by Signatory Vintage, distilled on 27th May 1998 and bottled on 12th May 2015.

This was released from two bourbon hogshead  #7770 and 7771, this is bottle number 425.

This older version of Cutty Sark has now been discontinued since brand left the old owners Berry Brothers and Rudd's hands.

Balvenie Founder's Reserve 10 Year Old 20cl

Bottled at 43%, this is a classic 10 year old created by The Balvenie Malt Master, David Stewart, from a marriage malt matured in bourbon cask and sherry butts.

A cornerstone of The Balvenie range since the early 1980s, the Founder’s Reserve has now been discontinued.

Chateau Belair 1992 St Emilion Premier-Grand-Cru-Classe

This historic estate of Chateau Belair has long been one of the most significant in all of the Saint-Emilion region of Bordeaux.  Among only 17 others in Saint-Emilion, Ch. Belair is classified as a Premier Grand Cru Classe estate.  The wine is generally a blend of Merlot (between 70-85% depending on vintage conditions) and Cabernet Franc.

Upon changing ownership in 2007, Chateau Belair was renamed Chateau Belair-Monange in memory of Anne-Adèle Monange, wife of the new owner.

A specially commisoned 15 year old Single Malt for Burberry's of London, a clothing label that signifies the height of class in British culture.

Benromach 2006 Peat Smoke

Distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2015.

The barley used in the making of this Benromach has been malted with high levels of peat smoke at 67ppm.

Matured in first fill bourbon barrels.

Château Pédesclaux 1989 Pauillac

Founded in 1810, Château Pédesclaux is an estate in the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux, holding 5th Growth Grand Cru status.  Their wines are typical Bordeaux blends favouring a dominance of Cabernet Sauvignon (50-65%) and Merlot (30-45%) with about 5% Cabernet Franc; matured in oak barrels for between 14-16 months.  1989 was a very good year for Bordeaux reds, with many of the best wines still offering further maturation potential.
