Incorporated in 1944, the Ben Nevis Distillery (Fort William) Limited is the company that owns and operates the Highland distillery of the same name. It has been part of the Nikka Whisky Distilling Co since 1989 and is ultimately owned by the parent company, Asahi Group Holdings in Japan.
The company markets the Ben Nevis single malt brand with global distribution, and has historically produced a variety of blended Scotch brand as well. These include Nevis Dew, Dew of Ben Nevis and Glencoe.
