Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac Tres Vieille 3 Litre​

Remy Martin is perhaps the most well known of all Cognac producers and has established a reputation for quality that very few others can relate to.

A stunning example of their Louis XIII Baccarat decanter, which holds Grande Champagne cognac aged between 40 and 100 years. This particular bottle wis a limited edition 3 litre and comes in a custom made wooden crate/cabinet.

Includes 4 glasses, a book, pipette and display stand.

Due to the size and weight of this lot, shipping will be charged at 25 bottles.

Yamazaki 25 Year Old Limited Edition

A limited edition of around 100 bottles celebrating Japanese hospitality. This whisky has been matured for 25 years in the finest Oloroso sherry casks.

This limited edition bottling is decorated with a five-cord 'Mizuhiki', which symbolises the joining of hands and hearts of the giver and recipient. 

Yamazaki 25 Year Old

As we all know, Yamazaki has ascended into the position of one of the most desirable and sought after whiskies in the world.

This 25 year old is matured exclusively in the finest Oloroso sherry casks and presented in a very elegant, simple box.

Yamazaki 18 Year Old Mizunara Oak 2017 Edition

An 18 year old malt from the oldest whisky distillery in Japan. In order to create the expression, Suntory’s chief blender Shinji Fukuyo tasted a hundreds of mizunara-matured whiskies and selected casks with varying ages.

Mizunara oak is incredibly rare.

Yamazaki 18 Year Old Mizunara Oak 2017 Edition

An 18 year old malt from the oldest whisky distillery in Japan. In order to create the expression, Suntory’s chief blender Shinji Fukuyo tasted hundreds of mizunara-matured whiskies and selected casks with varying ages.

Mizunara oak is incredibly rare, expensive and difficult to cooper into casks, hence why it is used so sparingly.

Yamazaki 1998 Single Cask #CU70066​

Single cask Yamazaki are very rare and hard to find these days.

This was distilled in 1998 and matured in sherry butt #CU70066 until bottling in 2012.

Yoichi 1987 SMWS 26 Year Old 116.20

A SMWS bottling of Yoichi, distilled on 7th November 1987 and bottled after 26 years in 2014.

This bottling is titled \"Fascinating Complexity and Finesse\".

Matured in a virgin oak puncheon and limited to 452 bottles.

Yamazaki Sherry Cask 2016

Matured in Oloroso sherry casks, aged between 12 and 15 years old and even 25 years old, blended together with older single malt stock by chief blender Shinji Fukuyo.

This bottling is the follow up to the famous 2013 release which won 'Best Whisky in the World' according to Jim Murray and his Whisky Bible.

5000 bottles were produced which is less than third of the quantity of the previous release of Yamazaki Sherry Cask, of which there were approximately 16,000 bottles.

Yoichi 1987 SMWS 26 Year Old 116.20

A SMWS bottling of Yoichi, distilled on 7th November 1987 and bottled after 26 years in 2014.

Remy Martin is perhaps the most well known of all Cognac producers and has established a reputation for quality that very few others can relate to.

This is a 1960's example of the Louis XIII Tres Vieille Cognac Baccarat decanter which holds Grande Champagne cognac aged between 40 and 100 years.

This particular bottling is believed to be from 1962 for the European market. Decanter is not numbered on the base.

Yamazaki Mizunara Cask 2013

Yamazaki has been thrust into the spot light after their Sherry Cask release of 2013 received the title of Best Whisky in the World title from Jim Murray.  

They have released several other limited annual editions including this Mizunara matured bottling.    

Mizunara (Japanese Oak) is famous for imparting it's own characteristics onto the whisky stored within them such as sandalwood and other notes.

Redbreast 32 Year Old Dream Cask 50cl

Redbreast is a single pot still whiskey from Midleton in Ireland. A combination of malted and unmalted barley are triple distilled in copper pot stills. 

This highly sought-after expression was matured in an American oak ex-bourbon barrel for 26 years, and then finished in an Oloroso sherry-seasoned butt.

Originally unveiled as part of a Facebook Live Whiskey tasting event in 2017, its popularity led to it being released for purchase a year later. 

Charged from cask #41207, this is bottle number 807 of 816.

An older version of the now discontinued 20 year old from Yoichi distillery.

Rosebank 1981 25 Year Old

This is the oldest official bottling of Rosebank, the legendary closed Lowland distillery, released in 2007.

Distilled in 1981 and released within Diageo's Super Premium selection.

One of a limited release of only 4,710 bottles. This is bottle number 3405.

Redbreast 32 Year Old Dream Cask 50cl

Rittenhouse 21 Year Old Single Barrel Straight Rye

A wonderful Rye, appreciated greatly for it's use within Manhattan's and other Rye based cocktails.

Aged for 21 years in barrel #3.

Rittenhouse was once the flagship product of of Pennsylvania's Continental Distilling Corp, produced at their Publicker distillery. Modern iterations of the brand, such as this one, are produced by Heaven Hill. at 25 years old, this would have been distilled at the original Heaven Hill plant in Bardstown before a fire there necessitated a relocation to Bernheim distillery in 1999.

Rosebank is a sorely missed lowland malt but occasionally Diageo has a Special Release

This was aged in refill American oak and refill European oak casks, a must have official bottle from this lost classic.

Distilled in 1990 and released within Diageo's Super Premium selection 2011.

Limited to only 5604 bottles.

Remy Martin 1974 Grand Fine Champagne Cognac / 250th Anniversary

A 1974 bottling of Remy Martin to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the company's founding in 1724. Supposedly this contains some very old and fine stock ranging from 80 to 100 years old.

The bottle certainly contains only Cognac from the Premier Cru in the Cognac region.
