Distilled on 22nd December 1981, matured in Fino sherry butt number #9780 before being bottled in December 1999.

Distilled on the 13th November 1996 and bottled over 20 years later after maturing in single European Oak Sherry Hogshead #13561 (Ref: 2017/ESH-13561/07)

Selected by Master Distiller Bob Dalgarno, this was the seventh cask to be reserved for the 2017 series on 2nd June of the same year.

One of only 296 bottles.

Macallan 21 Year Old The Savoy Collection / Edition 1

Many decades ago, The Savoy created a range of spirits bottled exclusively for the hotel to be enjoyed by the most loyal guest and discerning imbibers of the time. 
These spirits were savoured in The Savoy's world famous bar and were often shipped abroad or bought home as the most special memento of their stay.

In 2013 The Savoy revived this tradition with the launch of a most prestigious collection of unique spirits, bottled and presented to reflect the outstanding quality that has been The Savoy's trademark for over 124 years. 

This rare example of the much sought-after 21 years-old Macallan has been exclusively bottled for The Savoy by whisky collector and 'Keeper of the Quaich' Sukhinder Singh, who released this liquid from his private reserve stock, limiting to a maximum quantity of 121 bottles.

This particular Macallan has been drawn from a refill hogshead.

Macallan 1948/1961 Royal Marriage 1981 / Rinaldi Import

A wonderful addition to any Macallan collection, the Royal Marriage bottling was released in 1981 to celebrate the wedding of The Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer.

A marriage of casks from 1948 and 1961, the years of the couples' births.

Macallan 1971 Anniversary Malt 25 Year Old 75cl / US Import

A stunning example of Macallan 25 year old,  distilled in 1971 and bottled 25 years later in 1997.

Matured exclusively in sherry wood.

Macallan 1999 Easter Elchies 2012

The Easter Elchies single cask bottlings from Macallan were released annually, exclusively at Macallan distillery.  

Distilled in 1999 and matured until 2012, this 13 year old single sherry butt #6697 yielded 390 bottles.

Macallan 1981 Gran Reserva

The Gran Reserva bottlings from Macallan were released between 1997 and 2002.

Distilled in 1981 and bottled in 2000, this Macallan is widely regarded as one of the most memorable and legendary ever bottled.

Macallan 1996 Easter Elchies 2013

The Easter Elchies single cask bottlings from Macallan are released annually exclusive to Macallan distillery. This was released over two days in November and December 2013 to incredibly high demand and a number of disappointed empty-handed customers.

Distilled in 1996 and matured until 2013, this 17 year old single sherry butt #26 yielded 390 bottles. 340 were sold at the distillery, the other 50 were presumably sold to staff.

Macallan Royal Marriage 2011

The first of the Royal releases from Macallan is a limited edition bottling of only 1,000 bottles celebrating the Royal Marriage of Prince William to Catherine Middleton on 29th April 2011.

Bottled from two casks, both filled on 29th April – one from 1996 and one from 1999.

The creation of this special bottle follows the release of a commemorative edition to mark the marriage of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer in 1981. This comprised two casks, one from each of their birth years. At the time, the bottle sold out and today is highly sought-after by collectors of The Macallan around the world.

In keeping with this original bottling, The Macallan commissioned the creative force behind the 1981 bottle, David Holmes, who was also one of the architects of their advertising campaign in the 1980s and the early 1990s, to create the label and packaging design.

Macallan 1981 Gran Reserva

The Gran Reserva series from Macallan were released between 1997 and 2002.

Distilled in 1981 and bottled in 1999, this Macallan is widely regarded as one of the most memorable and legendary ever bottled.

Macallan 1964 

Distilled in 1964 and exclusively matured in selected Sherry Oak casks from Jerez, Spain.

Bottled in 1981.

Midleton Very Rare 20th Anniversary Edition

Created in the same casks used for the inaugural Midleton Rare 1984. Released in 2004 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Very Rare releases.

Bottle number 251 of 400.

Presented in a beautiful wooden case with velvet lining, and two Waterford crystal tumblers and scroll.

Selected by Macallan Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess, this was the tenth cask to be reserved for the 2017 series on 24th July of the same year.

One of only 492 bottles.

One of only 612 bottles.
