Released in 2009 to members of the Ardbeg Committee, the original Ardbeg Supernova was peated to 100 ppm.

In comparison to the following released only 2,400 bottles of this were produced!

Ainslie's Very Old 12 Year Old Specially Selected 1970s

A 1970s blended whisky produced by Ainslies & Heilbron, their Very Old whisky containing whisky no younger than 12 years of age.

Ainslie's blends are famous for containing whisky from Brora and Clynelish distilleries.

Ardbeg Twenty One was exclusively available to members of the Ardbeg Committee, a members’ club of over 120,000 people created to ensure the distillery never closes again. 

The distillery closed twice during its history – in 1981 and 1996. Mickey Heads, Ardbeg Distillery manager and chairman of the Ardbeg Committee dedicated this release to the Comittee Members saying  “Ardbeg Twenty One is a shining example of Ardbeg’s enduring spirit [and] I’m so pleased we can share it with our members,” This Ardbeg uses liquid distilled in the mid-90s, Prior to the time of its last closure. Heads said “The committee have invested much in ensuring the future of the distillery and it’s only right that they should share the rewards of its turbulent past too.”

Ardbeg Rollercoaster Committee Reserve

Released June 2010, Ardbeg Rollercoaster was strictly only available at the distillery or via Ardbeg.com.  However Ardbeg did not expect such demand, the website quickly crashed and by the time it was back up all 15,000 bottles had sold out.

Released to mark the 10^th anniversary of The Ardbeg Committee, the Rollercoaster consists of ten vintages from 1997 to 2006

This special release 25 year old bottling of Kininvie was distilled and filled into ex-Bourbon casks on the distillery's first day of production, 5th July 1990.

Ardbeg Alligator Committee Reserve For Discussion

Released for discussion by the Ardbeg Committee.

Released in June 2011, Ardbeg Alligator takes its name from the aggressive charring of the American casks the whisky was matured in.  This charring level is known as the Alligator char because the cracking of the wood under the heat looks similar to the skin of an Alligator.

Arran Devil's Punch Bowl Chapter I

The first edition of Arran's Devil Punch Bowl which consists of 27 casks distilled between 1997 and 2004; 17 of which are sherry casks, 6 ‘unpeated’ bourbon casks and 4 peated bourbon casks.

Known as the Angels and Devils edition, only 6,600 bottles have been released.

Arran Peacock 'Icons of Arran'

The original Icon of Arran whisky, released in 2009 this quickly became a popular collectors/investors item. Distilled in 1996, matured in sherry casks and bottled in 2009, only 6,000 were released.

The Iconic Peacock that roams the grounds at the Isle of Arran Distillery has become an enduring symbol of this distinctive Whisky. Its  vivd character is reflected in this glorious single malt, from 20 casks chosen exclusively by the Distillery Manager. This 1996 distillation, aged for 12 years, is typically Arran in style, with orchard fruits and rich vanilla sweetness followed by a spicy twist.

A very cool nod to the shady history of Arran's distilling. Back during the 18th and 19th century the island was a producer of illicit whisky. Presented in a book style package to hide the goods.

An independently bottled Aultmore by Jack Wieber.

Ardbeg Day Feis Ile 2012

Released on June 1^st 2012 as Ardbeg’s annual Feis Ile bottling, it was not only available at Ardbeg Distillery, but also via 100 of Ardbeg’s ‘embassies’.

The hugely popular Ardbeg Day was a limited run of 12,000 bottles partially married in ex refill sherry casks used to mature whisky for the Ardbeg Uigeadail.
