Ainslie & Heilbron Distillers
Ainslie & Heilbron Distillers was a Scottish blending company established in 1921 through the merger of Ainslie, Baillie & Co and David Heilbron & Son. It became part of the Distillers Company Limited in 1925, who licensed the Clynelish distillery to it.
The company bottled the Clynelish single malt brand as well as using the distillery's whisky for its Ainslie's blends that included King's Legend, Royal Edinburgh and The Real McTavish. The company eventually ceased trading in the 1980s and was dissolved by United Distillers in 1993.
