Comte de Lauvia Bas Armagnac 1973

Produced by Comte de Lauvia (the Comtes de Lauvia are descended from the celebrated musketeer d’Artagnan).  Their cellars, known as The Cathedral due to its enormous size, are located in Eauze in the heart of Bas Armagnac.  

They hold probably the largest stocks of fine and rare Armagnacs in the region, and have a reputation for being classic Bas Armagnacs in character.  

Distilled in 1973 and bottled in April 2003.

Bowmore Mashman's Selection 1999 14 Year Old

Originally only available at Bowmore distillery the Mashman's selection has been released as part of the Craftmen's Collection and is limited to only 1,500 bottles.

Distilled on 3rd May 1999 and matured in five hand-selected American oak barrels.

Bladnoch 10 Year Old Flora and Fauna

This Flora and Fauna 10 year old Bladnoch has been discontinued for a number of years and was the last bottling released by Diageo the old owners of the distillery.

The distillery is currently not in production but this is unlikely to be for the long term.

Caol Ila 18 Year Old 1 Litre

A truly fantastic islay malt from Caol Ila, matured for 18 years.  

Bunnahabhain 1979 First Cask 25 Year Old

Distilled on 23rd October 1979 and matured in cask #11893, this is bottle number 114.

Chivas Century of Malts including book

A unique release in 2000 from Chivas Bros.

Released to celebrating the Millennium and creating using exactly 100 20th Century malts from different distilleries.

In original box containing the 100 malts booklet by Jim Murray.

Carpano Sweet Vermouth 1960s

A lovely old bottle of Sweet Vermouth from Carpano, estimated to be from around the 1960s.

Bruichladdich 1988 Douglas Laing 25 Year Old

A single cask distilled in February 1988 and bottled in May 2013 after being matured in a Refill hogshead. 

One of 328 bottles. 

Caperdonich 1995 Signatory Vintage 17 Year Old

Caperdonich is a closed Speyside distillery that is becoming harder to find as time goes on. 

Distilled in June 1995 and bottled in August 2012 after being matured in two hogsheads 95045 and 95046.

Ben Nevis 1996 Single Malts of Scotland

A 1996 vintage bottling of Ben Nevis, bottled in January 2010.

Matrued in an ex-sherry hogshead cask number 1466.

Cameronbridge 1979 Duncan Taylor 27 Year Old

Distilled in Februrary 1979 and bottled in Februrary 2006.

This particular bottling is a single grain whisky from the Cameron Bridge distillery, the first distillery to produce Grain whisky using the Column still method invented by Robert Stein, Prior to Aeneas Coffey improving the design.

This is bottle number 119 of 173.

A unique release in 2000 from Chivas Bros.

Another rare ceramic Bowmore, this time released for Glasgow Gard Festival in 1988.

Bowmore Legend Of The Sea Maiden

An older style label from this classic Islay malt. Released in 2001 this tin tells the tale of a sea maiden. 

Balvenie 1998 15 Year Old Single Barrel

Distilled on 23rd January 1998  and bottled on 22nd April 2013 from single cask #1220.

Bowmore Darkest 75cl / US Import

A US bottling of this very popular, discontinued Bowmore.  

Bowmore darkest was matured exclusively in rich sherry casks.

Bruichladdich 2007 Rhinns Spirit / Heavily Peated / Feis Ile 2015

A very limited bottling of Bruichladdich, released exclusive to the distillery visitor centre for Feis Ile 2015.  The Bruichladdich 'Rhinns Spirit' Valinch contains heavily peated Bruichladdich distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2015.

Limited to only 500 bottles, this is bottle number 315.

The label depicts the Rhinns of Islay Lighthouse, built in 1825 by Robert Stevenson, of the Stevenson dynasty of Lighthouse builders.

Bunnahabhain 2005 Signatory Vintage 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Single Cask

Distilled in March 2005 and bottled September 2014 from single 1st fill oloroso sherry butt number 573. 

One of 836 bottles. 

Benriach 2004 10th Anniversary 10 Year Old

The Benriach 10th Anniversary bottling was released in 2014 and commemorates the 10th anniversary of  Billy Walker and his two South African partners Geoff Bell and Wayne Kieswetter purchasing Benriach distillery.

On September 20th that year, the first distillation under the new owners was filled to cask. Ten years on, Billy Walker has married together four casks from the first week of production to create this limited bottling of 1106 bottles available for sale.

The four bourbon barrels are cask numbers #7257, 7258, 7259 and 7260  all distilled on September 21, 2004

Balvenie Signature 12 Year Old Batch 003 Coffret Carafe 

This is the third batch of Signature which David Stewart originally crafted to mark his 45th year in the whisky industry.

Matured in the three most traditional cask types, first fill bourbon, refill bourbon and sherry, the Balvenie Signature is no longer produced.

A 15 year old expression from at the time would have been one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland. 

The distillery is currently not in production however this is unlikely to be a long term status.

Balvenie 12 Year Old Double Wood

The Double Wood is a malt which gains its distinctive character and name from being matured in two wood types.

During maturation it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill European oak sherry cask. 

Benrinnes 1988 Montgomerie's 24 Year Old

Distilled in October 1988 and bottled in March 2013 from cask number 2835.
