Aberfeldy 1969 Gordon and MacPhail 16 Year Old / Meregalli Import

This Gordon and MacPhail bottling of Aberfeldy was distilled in 1969 and bottled within the Connoisseurs Choice collection of whiskies.

Imported by Meregalli, who remain the official Italian distributor for Gordon & MacPhail to this day.

The Connoisseurs Choice label is one of the most recognisable independent bottlings on the market. It was initially created for renowned Italian importer, Edoardo Giaccone in the early 1970s, but became a mainstay of the core Gordon & MacPhail portfolio in 1979.

Ardbeg Twenty Something 22 Year Old / Committee Release

The 2018 edition of the Twenty Something releases, the third bottled exclusively for the Ardbeg Committee, the distillery's fan club.

This 22 year old expression has been matured exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels, and is comprised of some of the most limited stock in any Scottish distillery warehouse. With the bulldozers lurking at the distillery gate, and little hope for its future, very few casks were being filled and laid down. These bottlings are a testament to the faith of those who persevered with the operation, and are bottled in honour of the Ardbeg Committee who's mandate is to ensure the distillery never experiences such fears for its existence again.

The ex-bourbon casks were distilled in the spring of 1996 in the still that now sits monumentally outside the distillery gates, and they were bottled in July 2018.

An unusual single cask bottling of an unnamed Islay single malt, distilled in October 1976 and matured in cask no. H2. 

Bottled by the Society of Scotch Malt Connoisseurs in October 1989.

This Auchroisk was distilled in 1974 and bottled 28 years later.

Ardbeg 21 Year Old Committee Release 2016

Ardbeg Twenty One was exclusively available to members of the Ardbeg Committee, a members’ club of over 120,000 people created to ensure the distillery never closes again. 

The distillery closed twice during its history – in 1981 and 1996. Mickey Heads, Ardbeg Distillery manager and chairman of the Ardbeg Committee dedicated this release to the Committee Members saying  “Ardbeg Twenty One is a shining example of Ardbeg’s enduring spirit [and] I’m so pleased we can share it with our members.”

This Ardbeg uses liquid distilled in the mid-90s, Prior to the time of its last closure. Heads said “The committee have invested much in ensuring the future of the distillery and it’s only right that they should share the rewards of its turbulent past too.”

Ardbeg 1974 Signatory Vintage 23 Year Old

A single vintage Ardbeg from Signatory Vintage.

Distilled on Islay on the 22nd February 1974, and bottled in September 1997 from four casks. 

One of 910 bottles. 

Auchroisk 1974 Rare Malt 28 Year Old / 56.8%

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This Auchroisk was distilled in 1974 and bottled 28 years later.

Auchentoshan 1988 PX Sherry Cask Finish 29 Year Old

This distillery bottling was distilled in 1988 and bottled in Glasgow in 2018.

Matured for over 29 years, this well matured Auchentoshan has been finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks.

Inchgower 1976 Rare Malt 27 Year Old / 55.6%

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

Distilled in 1976 and bottled as a 27 year old, there were only two releases of Inchgower under the Rare Malt Selection.

Invergordon 1987 Samaroli #901556

A rare bottling of Invergordon grain whisky by Samaroli. Distilled in 1987 and bottled in 2017 by Coilltean, Samaroli's Scottish-based bottling arm after maturing in single cask #901556.

Ardbeg Supernova Stellar Release

Following the incredibly popular committee release of Ardbeg Supernova, this commercial release sold out quickly as well.  

Ardbeg Supernova is the peatiest Ardbeg ever released at 100ppm, an estimate 18,000 bottles were released in January 2009.

Jim Murray selected this as his 'Scotch Whisky of the Year' in 2010 and runner up for his Whisky of the Year.

Inchgower 1974 Whisky Agency 36 Year Old / The Whisky Fair

Selected and exclusively bottled for The Whisky Agency in collaboration with The Whisky Fair.

This is one of only 180 bottles drawn from sherry wood in 2010.

Amrut Raw Cask Blackadder Sherry Cask Finish / Dennis Steckel Selection

An independently bottled Amrut from Blackadder. 

This single cask has been bottled at cask strength in September 2017 after being finished in a Sherry cask.

The Blackadder Raw Cask series is deliberately drawn un-filtered from the cask so as to retain all cask sediment along with any natural oils and fats. 

Bottle number 58 of only 163 bottles. 

Inverleven 1973 Deoch an Doras 36 Year Old

Distilled in 1973 and bottled in 2010, this is from the closed Lowland single malt distillery of Inverleven. 

This was part of the Dumbarton distillery complex where malt production ceased in 1991. 

Ardbeg 1990 Airigh Nam Beist 2008

Ardbeg don't release many vintages at all now, and the Airgh Nam Beist was one of the last, prior to the Galileo.

Taking its name from the Gaelic meaning of \"shelter\" or pasture, this whisky was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2008 at 46%.

Auchentoshan 1979 Single Sherry Butt 23 Year Old

A rare single cask Auchentoshan, distilled on the 22nd of October 1979 and matured in single sherry butt #4560 for 23 years.

Ardbeg 1991 Douglas Laing 20 Year Old

An impressive Ardbeg, distilled in 1991 and matured in a refill hogshead. 

Bottled by Douglas Laing in November 2011 as part od their Old & Rare Platinum Selection.

This is the 2nd release of Ardbeg's Supernova and was very highly acclaimed. Released in 2010, this was peated in excess of 100 p.p.m.

AnCnoc 1975

This 1975 vintage release from Knockdhu was their oldest ever bottling at the time of release.

Distilled in 1975 and bottled in 2005, the incredible colour is entirely natural. 

Matured in Spanish and American Oak Casks.

Ardbeg 1999 Galileo

Released in September 2012, the Ardbeg Galileo quickly sold out at retailers.

Aged for 12-13 years, the Galileo is a combination of casks matured in first-fill bourbon casks and enhanced with a finishing in ex-Marsala wine casks.
