A single cask #9001 Hanyu bottled within the Ichiro's Malt series of whiskies.

Distilled in 1991 and matured in a hogshead before being moved into a American oak sherry butt for a second maturation period prior to being bottled in 2006.

Port Ellen 1978 37 Year Old 16th Release

Highland Park 40 Year Old

First released in April 2008, this is a delicious older offering from Scotland's Northern most distillery.

The packaging is exquisite with glassware produced by Stölzle Flaconnage and a beautifully crafted wooden box produced by Mount Gabriel.

Hanyu 1988 Full Proof 'Caber Tossing' Single Cask #9204

Single cask Hanyu with an interesting tale to tell. This is bottle number 90 of 204, however this cask was bottled in two halfs. So the total bottle number was 408, there is no batch number so the only way to tell the difference between the first and second batch, is the misspelling of \"Puncheon\" on the label. 

So this is from the first batch.

This is a bottle from a Japanese food and spirits importer called Shinanoya exclusively for the Japanese market.

This is the forth release in their acclaimed The Game series which contains Hanyu from the final year that the distillery was producing.

This was finished in a rum cask.

Hanyu Ichiro's Malt The Joker 'Colour'

The 54th and final bottling in Ichiro's Card Series.

There are two Joker's released to complete the 54 bottle series, one in colour and one in Black and White.  This particular bottling is the Colour Joker, a vatting of 14 casks covering vintages from 1985, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1991 and 2000.  The casks used for this final bottling include a sherry butt, puncheon, hogshead, Cognac, chibidaru, Madeira hogshead and bourbon.

Only 3,640 bottles of this highly sought after whisky have been made available.

Highland Park 1961 Dragon

A legendary highland park, distilled in 1961 and bottled in 1997, this is a 36 year old Highland Park that was matured in single Oloroso sherry cask number 4493. 

The Dragon from which this whisky takes its name comes from the 12th century carving in Maes Howe neolithic tomb, Orkney.

Johnnie Walker Blue Label Korea Sa Shin Do 75cl / The Casks Edition

A special edition bottle of Johnnie Blue label... the icon of whisky world wide. 

This Blue Label is bottled in a pocelain decanter that was bottled for the South Korean market. On each of the four sides of the decanter is a dipiction of a guardian god from Korean mythology. 

Hyunmu guards the north, The Blue Dragon gaurds the east, Jujak (a phoenix) guards the south and The White Tiger guards the East.  

Very unusually for Johnnie Walker, this has been bottled at cask strength. 

Highland Park 1961 Dragon

The Dragon independent bottlings of Highland Park are legendary, this vintage is from 1961.

The Dragon bottlings were produced by Robertson's of Kirkwall throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
