A single cask #9001 Hanyu bottled within the Ichiro's Malt series of whiskies.

Distilled in 1991 and matured in a hogshead before being moved into a American oak sherry butt for a second maturation period prior to being bottled in 2006.

Highland Park 40 Year Old

First released in April 2008, this is a delicious older offering from Scotland's Northern most distillery.

The packaging is exquisite with glassware produced by Stölzle Flaconnage and a beautifully crafted wooden box produced by Mount Gabriel.

Hanyu 1988 Full Proof 'Caber Tossing' Single Cask #9204

Single cask Hanyu with an interesting tale to tell. This is bottle number 90 of 204, however this cask was bottled in two halfs. So the total bottle number was 408, there is no batch number so the only way to tell the difference between the first and second batch, is the misspelling of \"Puncheon\" on the label. 

So this is from the first batch.

Highland Park 1965 Dragon

The Dragon releases of Highland Park bottled by S & J. D. Robertson Group, are extremely popular. 

Distilled in 1965, this is the green bottle, red capsule version.  

This is certainly one of the rarest and most sought after Highland Parks. 

Hakushu 25 Year Old

The very rare Hakushu 25 Year old... Jim Murray gave it 93 out of 100 and said \"a malt which is impossible not to be blown away by\".

Distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2009.

Hanyu 2000 ‘The Game’ Cask #9805 Rum Finish

This is a bottle from a Japanese food and spirits importer called Shinanoya exclusively for the Japanese market.

This is the forth release in their acclaimed The Game series which contains Hanyu from the final year that the distillery was producing.

This was finished in a rum cask.

Hanyu Ichiro's Malt The Joker 'Colour'

The 54th and final bottling in Ichiro's Card Series.

There are two Joker's released to complete the 54 bottle series, one in colour and one in Black and White.  This particular bottling is the Colour Joker, a vatting of 14 casks covering vintages from 1985, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1991 and 2000.  The casks used for this final bottling include a sherry butt, puncheon, hogshead, Cognac, chibidaru, Madeira hogshead and bourbon.

Only 3,640 bottles of this highly sought after whisky have been made available.

Highland Park 1961 Dragon

A legendary highland park, distilled in 1961 and bottled in 1997, this is a 36 year old Highland Park that was matured in single Oloroso sherry cask number 4493. 

The Dragon from which this whisky takes its name comes from the 12th century carving in Maes Howe neolithic tomb, Orkney.

One of 216 bottles.

Johnnie Walker Blue Label Korea Sa Shin Do 75cl / The Casks Edition

A special edition bottle of Johnnie Blue label... the icon of whisky world wide. 

This Blue Label is bottled in a pocelain decanter that was bottled for the South Korean market. On each of the four sides of the decanter is a dipiction of a guardian god from Korean mythology. 

Hyunmu guards the north, The Blue Dragon gaurds the east, Jujak (a phoenix) guards the south and The White Tiger guards the East.  

Very unusually for Johnnie Walker, this has been bottled at cask strength. 

Highland Park 1961 Dragon

The Dragon independent bottlings of Highland Park are legendary, this vintage is from 1961.

The Dragon bottlings were produced by Robertson's of Kirkwall throughout the 1980s and 1990s.

Johnnie Walker The Directors Blend 2013

Only given to very important Diageo types meaning this was never available at retail. Very few bottles have made it to the secondary market and collectors have fought to get hold of this essential part of Walker history.

There were six bottles in the Director's blend range, this is the final bottle, designed by Claessens, a simple yet elegant and effective design.

In the flavour department the blend is focused on age and succeeds in creating deep rich character, causing whisky expert Dave Broom to claim that it was one of the best whiskies of 2013.

John Jameson and Son 15 Year Old 1950s

An old bottle of 15 year old Jameson Irish whisky bottled by O. Trainor & Co Ltd. of 9 D'Olier Street, Dublin.

The practice of merchant own-bottlings was common throughout Ireland, with the focus being the reputation - and taste - of the merchants, not necessarily the distillery of origin.

We estimate this bottle to be from the 1950s.

Highland Park 1972 Signatory Vintage 26 Year Old 10th Anniversary Gift Pack

Signatory Vintage chose a  26 year old, 1972 cask of Highland Park to commemorate their 10th anniversary. 

Distilled on the 22nd February 1972 and matured in cask #1632 for 26 years, bottled on 8th June 1998.

This is bottle 75 of only 252 bottles were produced alongside two branded glasses.
