Ardbeg 1967 Signatory Vintage 28 Year Old

A legendary vintage of Ardbeg, this bottle was awarded a stunning 96 points by whiskyfun.com, one of the highest marks ever given to an Arbeg!

Distilled on 15th February 1967 and matured in a single oloroso sherry butt # 574 for 28 years before bottling in November 1995 by Signatory Vintage.  

This is bottle number 340 of 488.

Ardbeg Auriverdes Gold Edition

The new and shiny Ardbeg Auriverdes, launched on 31st May 2014 on 'Ardbeg Day' which coincides with the 'Ardbeg Day' with the Islay Festival.  

A very rare bottle, this Auriverdes was never made available to the public, it was only given to Journalists, Bloggers and Distillery Ambassadors before the official release at the end of May 2014.

The Auriverdes (Auri = Gold and Verdes = Green) is named after the Brazilian sports teams colours whilst also referring to Ardbeg's iconic green bottle and the 'golden' whisky inside.  

This particular example come with an interesting bottle stand and a Medium Ardbeg Day 2015 T-Shirt (Which lights up!). 

Ardbeg Lord of the Isles 25 Year Old

The Ardbeg Lord of the Isles, 25 year old is a highly sought after and iconic Ardbeg released between 2002 and 2007.

Named after the 'Lord of the Isles' who ruled the Western Isles and parts of Argyll between the 12th and 15th Centuries.

Ardbeg Committee Reserve 2002

Released strictly for the Ardbeg Committee in 2002, this was a non-age statement whisky made up whiskies from the 1970’s, 1980’s and 1990’s. 

Only 3000 bottles were released.

Ardbeg 1975

1970 vintage Ardbeg's are becoming increasingly more and more difficult to find.

This 1975 vintage was bottled shortly after the distilleries takeover by Glenmorangie PLC in 1997.

Ardbeg 1974 Silver Seal 26 Year Old

A very rare example of mid 1970s Ardbeg, these highly desirable vintages are becoming increasingly scarcer.

Distilled in 1974 and bottled by the reknowned bottler Silver Seal at 26 years of age.

Ardbeg's from this period just don't exist these days, it is well worth investigating these older bottlings.

Aberfeldy 19 Year Old Manager's Dram 1991

The Manager’s Dram series of whiskies were bottled exclusively for employees of what is now known as Diageo.  These whiskies were selected by the respective distillery managers within Diageo malt distilling and bottled at natural cask strength.

Released in 1991 from a sherry cask.

Ardbeg Very Young 1998

The first in Ardbeg’s \"Young\" series on their \"path to peaty maturity\", tracing Ardbeg’s path to their new 10 year old.

Arran Devil's Punch Bowl Chapter I

The first edition of Arran's Devil Punch Bowl which consists of 27 casks distilled between 1997 and 2004; 17 of which are sherry casks, 6 ‘unpeated’ bourbon casks and 4 peated bourbon casks.

Known as the Angels and Devils edition, only 6,600 bottles have been released.

Bottled on the 19^th March 2008, only 5000 bottles were released.

A very rare independant bottling of Ardbeg produced by High Spirits s.r.l.

Distilled in September 1990 and bottled in Spetember 2001.

Amrut 2010 Single Oloroso Cask #3823

Amrut have released some amazing whiskies, this is a single Oloroso sherry cask distilled in May 2010 and bottled in June 2015.

Casl #3823 was bottled exclusively for Taiwan and yielded 600 bottles.

Aberfeldy 28 Year Old

An official bottling of very old Aberfeldy.

Ardbeg 1993 Cadenhead's 20 Year Old

We don't see too many independant Ardbeg's these days.

Distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2016 from a single bourbon hogshead which yielded 228 bottles.

The first releases of Ardbeg 17 year old sparked the renewed interest in Ardbeg. Now, several years after being discontinued, it is still recognised as a sensational Ardbeg.

Amrut 2010 Single Oloroso Cask #3823

Amrut have released some amazing whiskies, this is a single Oloroso sherry cask distilled in May 2010 and bottled in June 2015.

Casl #3823 was bottled exclusively for Taiwan and yielded 600 bottles.

Aberlour A’bunadh Batch #11

Aberlour A'bunadh is bottled using only first fill Oloroso sherry butts, this is batch #11 released in 2003.

Ardbeg Alligator Committee Reserve For Discussion 75cl / US Import

Released for discussion by the Ardbeg Committee.

Released in June 2011, Ardbeg Alligator takes its name from the aggressive charring of the American casks the whisky was matured in.  This charring level is known as the Alligator char because the cracking of the wood under the heat looks similar to the skin of an Alligator.

North Port 1979 Rare Malt 20 Year Old

The Rare Malt Selection is a historic selection of single malt whiskies from operational and lost distilleries that were released by Diageo between 1995 and 2005.

This North Port was distilled in 1979  and bottled 20 years later in October 1999.

An Cnoc 1975 30 Year Old

Until recently this 1975 vintage release from An Cnoc was their oldest, it has since been surpassed by 35 year old whiskies from the same vintage.

A stonking dram, highly recommended! Distilled in 1975 and bottled in September 2005.

Matured in Spanish and American Oak Casks.

Released on June 1^st 2012 as Ardbeg’s annual Feis Ile bottling, it was not only available at Ardbeg Distillery, but also via 100 of Ardbeg’s ‘embassies’.

The hugely popular Ardbeg Day was a limited run of 12,000 bottles partially married in ex refill sherry casks used to mature whisky for the Ardbeg Uigeadail.

Amrut Spectrum

This whisky has been matured for three years in ex-bourbon barrels, then transferred to specially custom crafted casked made from five different tupes of wood.
