Ardbeg 1967 Signatory Vintage 28 Year Old

A legendary vintage of Ardbeg, this bottle was awarded a stunning 96 points by whiskyfun.com, one of the highest marks ever given to an Arbeg!

Distilled on 15th February 1967 and matured in a single oloroso sherry butt # 574 for 28 years before bottling in November 1995 by Signatory Vintage.  

This is bottle number 340 of 488.

A rare 33 year old Dalmore initially matured in American white oak prior to a secondary maturtion of a several years in Chateau Haut-Marbuzet casks.

A very very rare bottling of Dalmore, distilled in 1966 and aged for 30 years before bottling in the mid 1990s.

Laid down in December 1966 to celecrate the 300th Anniversary of Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest Brewer.

Ardbeg Auriverdes Gold Edition

The new and shiny Ardbeg Auriverdes, launched on 31st May 2014 on 'Ardbeg Day' which coincides with the 'Ardbeg Day' with the Islay Festival.  

A very rare bottle, this Auriverdes was never made available to the public, it was only given to Journalists, Bloggers and Distillery Ambassadors before the official release at the end of May 2014.

The Auriverdes (Auri = Gold and Verdes = Green) is named after the Brazilian sports teams colours whilst also referring to Ardbeg's iconic green bottle and the 'golden' whisky inside.  

This particular example come with an interesting bottle stand and a Medium Ardbeg Day 2015 T-Shirt (Which lights up!).

Dungourney 1964 Pure Pot Still Special Reserve / Old Midleton Distillery

Stock from the Old Midleton distillery, which closed in 1970, that was found off the books in warehouse 11 by Master Distiller Barry Crockett.

It is unknown how much was actually found, however this particular bottling carries the 1964 vintage. Very rare Midleton indeed.

A very rare example of mid 1970s Ardbeg, these highly desirable vintages are becoming increasingly scarcer.

Distilled in 1974 and bottled by the reknowned bottler Silver Seal at 26 years of age.

Ardbeg's from this period just don't exist these days, it is well worth investigating these older bottlings.

A very rare decanter presented to employees of Diageo to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Diageo at Hill Street, Kilmarnock.

The decanter contains the rare Johnnie Walker 1820 blend produced originally only for the Taiwanese market which contains whiskies estimated to be 21 years old.

Arran Devil's Punch Bowl Chapter I

The first edition of Arran's Devil Punch Bowl which consists of 27 casks distilled between 1997 and 2004; 17 of which are sherry casks, 6 ‘unpeated’ bourbon casks and 4 peated bourbon casks.

Known as the Angels and Devils edition, only 6,600 bottles have been released.

Dalmore Millennium Release 1263 Custodian 2012 / 1st Release

The first cask to be bottled for Dalmore's custodians, a concept introduced by the distillery for it's followers in 2012.

A trio of casks were filled at midnight on January 1st 2000 and gradually released on their 12th, 15th, and 18th birthday's.

This is the first 'Millennium Release', bottled in 2012 as a 12 year old. Initiallly matured in an American oak ex-bourbon cask, before being finished in a Matusalem oloroso sherry cask.

After the auction closing date, the highest bidder will be notified by email. Payment is required within 72hrs. The buyer can then choose to ship, store, or collect the bottle(s). Buyer fees are applied during the online checkout process.  

The seller will receive payment within 21 working days of the end of the auction, directly to their chosen bank account. Seller fees will be applied to the seller’s invoice after the auction.
