Old Fitzgerald 12 Year Old / Barreled 1955

There is ever increasing demand worldwide for whiskies such as this incredible 1955 barreled Old Fitzgerald.

These vintages of Old Fitzgerald are particularly desirable given that the production of the bottles occured at the famous and now lost Stitzel-Weller Distillery, which closed in 1992.  Combine this with the Pappy Van Winkle phenomonen, which has brought collectible bourbon to promenance over recent years, means that anything from this distillery is now incredibly sought after.

Lagavulin 1976 37 Year Old

The oldest release of Lagavulin to date, released late 2013 as part of Diageo's annual 'super premium' releases.

Distilled in 1976 and matured in refill American oak and European oak casks, yielding 1,868 bottles.

Old Fitzgerald 6 Year Old 1960s

A popular bourbon produced in Louisville. This is an older bottling of the 6 year old product from the mid 1960s as suggested by the marking 64-65 on the bottom of the glass.

86 Proof as 100 proof was not a requirement for bottles exported out of the United States.

Laphroaig 80 Proof / 20 Under Proof Miniature 1960s

This is about as rare a miniature as you can find, dated to 1966 kindly by Marcel Van Gils and Hans Offringa Legend of Laphroaig's book, this is a wonderfully preserved miniature of Laphroaig.

The label reads, Old Scotch Whisky Laphroaig 80 Proof.

Strength is 20 under proof.

This has been stored within an exceptional collection of miniatures. A very very rare item we are excited to offer this in our latest auction, particularly alongside another stunning example of Laphroaig's history, in miniature - a 1960s bottling of Islay Mist.

Laphroaig Cairdeas 30 Year Old

Exclusively only available at Laphroaig distillery or on their website this 30 year old Cairdeas release is a combination of approximately 60% sherry casks and 40% bourbon casks, which were then married together in bourbon casks before bottling.

This is bottle 441 of 1,536.

Lochside 1966 SMWS 32 Year Old 92.6

A stunning bottling of the lost distillery of Lochside from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.  

Distilled in March 1966 and bottled in September 1998 at 32 years old.

Distilled in March 1964 and in Single First fill sherry hogshead number 1534, which was bottled in June 2010 by Gordon and MacPhail.

Ladyburn 1973 27 Year Old Single Cask 

The Ladyburn Distillery was built in 1966 by William Grant & Sons Ltd and only operated for a very short period until November 15th 1975.  

Their have been very few bottlings from Ladyburn, this official single cask release is part of 18 single casks from 1973 bottled in 2000, a release totaling 3,000 bottles.  Each individual bottle carries the bottling number and cask it originated from.

This is bottle number 60 from cask number 1590. 

Longmorn 1964 Gordon and MacPhail 46 Year Old

Distilled in December 1964 and matured in Single First fill sherry hogshead number 5414, which was bottled in June 2011 by Gordon and MacPhail. 

One of 378 bottles.

Lagavulin 21 Year Old 1991

With only 2,772 bottles released world wide this latest edition of Lagavulin 21 year old was highly sought after at it's released in Novemeber 2012.

Wholly matured in first fill ex-sherry casks, distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2012.

Littlemill 1965 Silent Stills 31 Year Old 

A fantastic presentation pack from Signatory Vintage of Littlemill distilled on 25th October 1965 and bottled on 15th May 1997.

This 31 year old bottling from this closed distillery was matured in single cask #5273, this is bottle number 132 of 180.

The Silent Stills packs contain a 70cl bottle, 5cl miniature and replica bung.

Distilled in 1991 and personally selected by Iain McArthur, a warehouseman at Lagavulin with over 40 years experience. Then bottled exclusively for the Feis Ile in 2015.

Please note the bag is too small for the whisky, this was a common problem with the release.

A triple matured Lagavulin that's spent time in bourbon wood, PX casks and oak puncheons.

Lagavulin 1995 Feis Ile 2014 

The most recent Feis Ile offering from Lagavulin, distilled in 1995 and personally selected by Ian McArthur.

Matured in European oak sherry butts, as always Lagavulin never ceases to disappoint.

Lochside 1979 Douglas Laing 22 Year Old

Distilled in May 1979 and bottled December 2001.

Lochside stopped producing in the early 1990s.

Linlithgow / St Magdalene 1982 Càrn Mòr Celebration of the Cask

The Celebration of the Cask range of whiskies; produced by Càrn Mòr are highly acclaimed, usually containing older and more limited examples of whiskies from their portfolio.

This is no different, released from the closed and highly sought after St Magdalene distillery.

Distilled on 6th October 1982 and bottled on 2nd June 2008 after full maturation in a refill sherry butt #2220.

This is bottle number 490 of 582.

A very rare 12 year old Bonfant Import decanter of Laphroaig.

The decanter with current fill level weighs 1.5 Kg.
