Oban 16 Year Old Manager's Dram Bicentenary 1994

The Manager’s Dram series of whiskies were bottled exclusively for employees of what is now known as Diageo.  These whiskies were selected by the respective distillery managers within Diageo malt distilling and bottled at natural cask strength.

Bottled to celebrate Oban’s 200th anniversary, 1794 – 1994  this 16 year old was released exclusively from sherry casks by distillery manager John William and his employees listed on the rear of the bottle.

Ladyburn 1973 27 Year Old Single Cask 1590

The Ladyburn Distillery was built in 1966 by William Grant & Sons Ltd and only operated for a very short period until November 15th 1975.  

There have been very few bottlings from Ladyburn, this official single cask release is part of 18 single casks from 1973 bottled in 2000, a release totaling 3,000 bottles.  Each individual bottle carries the bottling number and cask it originated from.  This is bottle number 173 from cask #1590.

Laphroaig 10 Year Old 1980s

Old Fitzgerald 6 Year Old 1960s

A popular bourbon produced in Louisville. This is an older bottling of the 6 year old product from the 1960s.

86 Proof as 100 proof was not a requirement for bottles exported out of the United States.

Linkwood 12 Year Old 1970s / Samaroli Import

Linkwood Over 12 Year Old Pure Malt especially produced for 'John McEwan & Co' and imported to Italy by Samaroli.

Lochside 1965 Gordon and MacPhail 17 Year Old / Pinerolo Import​​

Old vintages of Lochside are increasingly rarer and rarer, the distillery was founded in 1957 however single malt examples only date from the early 1960's.  The distillery also produced grain whiskies, allowing the malt and grain from this lost distillery to increase in demand and become highly sought after. This is a fantastic example early of Lochside.

Bottled at 17 years old by Gordon & MacPhail as part of their long-running Connoisseurs Choice range.

Imported to the Italian market by Pinerolo.

Laphroaig Cask Strength / Fragolino Cask Finish​

This \"straight from the wood\" bottle was finished in a Fragolino Cask (an Italian sparkling red wine) by whisk Diego Sandrin for a further 12 months, refilled and then resealed. You can read more about the other wine-finished Laphroaigs in Diego's project at this link.

Oishii Wisukii 36 Year Old Highlander Inn Small Batch Blend

A very high quality 36 year old blended whisky which has been matured in a single Sherry cask.

Bottled exlusively for the whisky lover's paradise, The Highlander Inn in Craigellachie, and named Oishii Wisukii, which translates to \"Delicious Whisky\", this bottle has labels designed by Japanese artist and designer Takeshi Abe whose previous work has included label design for the Ichiro's Malt card series.

Oban 19 Year Old Manager’s Dram 1995

Released in 1995 from a refill cask, this Oban was bottled for United Distillers (Diageo) and chosen by John Williams.

Octomore 1.1 First Edition

The first release of the Bruichladdich Octomore, peated to 131ppm at the time the most heavily peated spirit in the world.

Matured for 5 years from October 2002 until April 2008 only 6,000 bottles released.

Lochside 1966 Gordon and MacPhail​ 21 Year Old

Old vintages of Lochside are increasingly rarer and rarer, the distillery was founded in 1957 however single malt examples only date from the early 1960s.  The distillery also produced grain whiskies, allowing the malt and grain from this lost distillery to increase in demand and become highly sought after. This is a fantastic example of Lochside, distilled in the mid 1960s.

Ledaig Tobermory 1973 Sestante 14 Year Old​

A fantastic old bottle of Ledaig, bottled by legendary Italian bottlers/importers Sestante.

Produced and bottled prior to the Burns Stewart ownership, when the distillery flitted between peated and unpeated without any real methodology.

Lagavulin 1991 Feis Ile 2015

A triple matured Lagavulin that's spent time in bourbon wood, PX casks and oak puncheons. 

Distilled in 1991 and personally selected by Iain McArthur, a warehouseman at Lagavulin with over 40 years experience. Then bottled exclusively for the Feis Ile in 2015.

Rare Ayrshire 1975 Signatory Vintage 36 Year Old

Rare Ayrshire is a rare release from this unusual single malt distillery.  

Produced at Girvan distillery, Ayrshire Ladyburn / Rare Ayrshire was only operational for 9 years between 1966 and 1975.  

This was distilled 24th October 1975 and then matured in a bourbon barrel until bottling 6th July 2012.

Please note condition of stopper, specifically what appears to be the remnants of a tax seal.

Linkwood 1974 Douglas Laing 30 Year Old​

Lagavulin 16 Year Old White Horse 1 Litre

A bottling of Ron Swanson and Jonny Depp's favourite, Lagavulin 16.

This bottle is especially rare, from the White Horse era. This suggest it may have been an earlier bottling circa late 1980's/ early 1990's.

Octomore Orpheus 2.2 

Similar to the Comus, the Orpheus release was peated to the same degree as its counter-part Octomore 2.1, at 140ppm.  The Orpheus was finished using Château Pétrus Bordeaux casks, recognised as one of the world’s top vineyards.  Matured for only 5 years this alongside the Comus have proven to be quite desirable bottlings.
