Hakushu 1981 \"Kioke Shikomi\" Pure Malt 

There is a great deal of debate as to whether or not this is a single malt, Suntory were renowned for using the term \"Pure Malt\" for both single malts and blended malts and a high number of bloggers have stated that this is 100% Hakushu. 

The translation of ‘Kioke Shikomi’ seems strange because although it means “matured in a wooden tub”, 'kioke’ normally refers to a tub used for making sake.

Only 800 bottles were created and giving to staff at Christmas in 2007.

Suntory Yamazaki Finest Old Liqueur Whisky 1960s

A fantastic bottling of Suntory whisky, long discontinued, in a unique dumpy bottle.

Although these bottles were normally stated as blends, this one is stated as from Yamazaki, though Yamazaki was producing grain whisky in this era so it could be a single blend.

The terminology \"Liqueur\" was used until the 1960s to specify a whisky of higher quality than normal.

This particularly unusual bottle still bears the name Kotobukiya Ltd, which was dropped in 1963 in place of now world renowned Suntory Ltd.

Quercus is the third release in Highland Park's 'The Keystones Series' which explores and celebrates the five traditional keystones of production that have remained unchanged for 220 years.

It is named after the species of oak used by the distillery to make their casks, which are sent to Jerez to mature sherry for around 2 years before returning to Orkney.

One of only 1200 bottles.

This 16 year old Highland Park is a limited edition of 17,000 bottles.

Hampden 1992 Silver Seal 23 Year Old Jamaican Rum

This rum is is distilled in Jamaica at Hampden Distillery, one of their oldest distilleries, and bottled by the esteemed Silver Seal company. Jamaican rum are known for producing the heaviest, strongest and most ester-containing rums on the market.

One of only 248 bottled for Whisky Antique in support of the Rock No War charity who work in Africa.
