Kilchoman Madeira Cask Matured

A fairly recent release from Kilchoman matured exclusively in Madeira casks.

This was incredibly popular when released and sold out very quickly!

Kilchoman Inaugural Release

The first ever bottling of Kilchoman as a single malt, this Inaugural Release was aged for between 2.5 and 3 years in bourbon casks, before being finished for 6 months in sherry casks.

Only 9,000 bottles were produced.

Single cask, distilled in November 1979 and bottled in October 1995 by Cadenhead's at 15 years old.

Distilled on the 5th of September 1979 and matured for 26 years.

Distilled in 1974 and bottled in 1987.

A single malt Irish whiskey produced at Cooley distillery.

Distilled in 1994 and matured in Bourbon casks.

Kilchoman Inaugural 100% Islay

The inaugural bottling of Kilchoman's popular 100% Islay releases.

All parts of the production process for the 100% Islay were taken place at the distillery – from barley to bottle. The barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at Kilchoman. Bottled at 50% abv and peated to a lower level to that of other releases.

Kilchoman Land Rover UK Tour 2014 Exclusive

In 2014 Kilchoman's George Wills toured the UK in a Kilchoman branded Land Rover doing tastings of the newest distillery on Islay's output.

This was a special bottle of cask strength Machir Bay just for people lucky enough to attend the events.

This is bottle number 424 of 468.

Aberlour 100 Proof 1 Litre

Excellent cask strength Aberlour in a litre bottle.

Replaced by the A'bunadh.

Ardbeg Guaranteed 10 Year Old 1970s Miniature

A very rare, highly sought after bottle of Ardbeg 10 year old, originally available in the 1970s.

The Ardberg Distillery lies on the most Southernly part of Islay and on the rugged shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Ardberg is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex whisky of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat: rather the peat gives way to the malt, the natural sweetness of which subtly intrudes, producing perfect balance. 

Kilchoman 10th Anniversary

To celebrate the 10th year of Kilchoman they released this alongside their Feis Ile 2015 bottle. 

A combination of bourbon and sherry casked whiskies from vintages between 2005 and 2012. 

Bottle number 852 of 3000.

As Ardbeg distillery turns 200 years old there will no doubt be a few new limited releases, such as the Perpetuum.  

Released on Ardbeg Day 2015 (30th of May) this was available from Ardbeg Embassies world wide. 

Not to be confused with the distillery release, this has a slightly lower ABV and a box.

Aberfeldy 21 Year Old Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky

A very tasty Aberfeldy first introduced in 2005 and given a lovely 'make-over' in 2014. 

The Aberfeldy Distillery was established just three miles from the birth place of founder John Dewar and was built by the Dewar family. It is steeped in history and craftsmanship.
